From the office, he manages the administrative side of each project, coordinating schedules, documentation, permits, and the details that keep every build organized and moving forward.

Miguel helped lead Onvigore’s construction efforts in Lee County as the company’s eyes and ears, building a deep understanding of how projects come together in the field. Today, he brings that same hands-on approach to Miami as a Project Manager, overseeing each build, coordinating teams, preparing projects for inspections, and making sure construction keeps moving forward the right way.

How long does it take to get an answer on a lot?

We move fast. If you submit the location and basic details, we can usually give you an initial direction quickly.

Can I invest if I don’t own a lot yet?

Yes. Some investors come with capital and we help source opportunities through our pipeline and network.
